    Regina is the heart and owner of Mia Lash and Brow. With years of experience in lash artistry, brow shaping, waxing, and permanent makeup, she delivers long lasting, high quality results that enhance her clients’ natural beauty.

    Known for her kindness, expertise, and genuine care, Regina creates a welcoming environment where every guest feels seen, valued, and relaxed. She takes pride in mentoring her team and fostering a studio culture focused on confidence, education, and care. Her mission is simple to help every client leave feeling their best, inside and out.

    Outside the studio, Regina is an avid traveler who loves exploring new countries, always with her beloved Frenchie, Rex, by her side. Her mission is simple to help every client leave feeling their best, inside and out.

    Lash Technician and Brow Artist

    Bailey is our talented lash and brow specialists, bringing over three years of experience and dedication to the Mia Lash and Brow team. She’s known for her meticulous technique and her unwavering commitment to lash health and always sharing expert tips and tricks to keep your lashes long, strong, and beautiful.

    As a proud mom of two, Bailey values connection and care, which shine through in every appointment. Her warm, inviting personality makes each guest feel at ease, and her passion for education ensures you leave not only looking your best but knowing how to maintain it.

    Wax Specialist, Brow Artist, & Makeup Artist

    Sable is an award-winning makeup artist and esthetician, and our go to expert for all things makeup, brows, and facials. With a background in makeup and esthetics education, she brings precision, creativity, and knowledge to every appointment.

    Whether you’re preparing for a wedding, special event, everyday skin care or a glamorous night out, Sable ensures you look and feel your absolute best. Known for her fun, approachable personality, she makes every session enjoyable and she’s always ready with a laugh or a beauty tip.

    Outside the studio, Sable is a proud mom to a collegiate athlete son, balancing her passion for beauty with family and community.

    Sable is available Monday through Friday.

  • Madeline

    Lash Technician, & Wax Specialist

    With over two years in the beauty industry, Madeline quickly fell in love with the art of eyelash extensions and she’s been obsessed ever since. Her approach blends creativity, precision, and genuine care, resulting in gorgeous, confidence boosting lashes that make every client feel like the main character.

    Originally from Eastern Washington, Madeline has brought her talent and passion to Gig Harbor and is thrilled to be part of the Mia Lash and Brow team. Clients love her warm personality, her meticulous attention to detail, and her ability to customize each set to enhance natural beauty.

    Outside the studio, Madeline is a dedicated plant mom, an artsy soul who loves creating, and a dog lover who spends her free time with her three adorable pups.

    Madeline is available Monday-Wednesday and Saturday.

    Lash Technician

    Originally from Chicago, Bella Z brings almost eight years of lash expertise to Washington after making the move from Illinois with her family. Lashing since 2018, she has always been passionate about the art. Never once considering stopping. Creating beautiful, confidence-boosting lashes is truly her joy, and she is committed to giving every client a consistently exceptional experience.

    Bella is known for her steady hands, thoughtful attention to detail, and warm, calming presence. She loves seeing her clients leave feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for, it's the reason she shows up each day with the same dedication and passion she started with.

    When she’s not in the studio, Bella spends quality time with her husband and their two cats, Pinky and Blue. She also loves winding down with the occasional friendly bowling game

  • Rex

    Studio Frenchie & Chief Nap Officer

    At just three years old, Rex is the most lovable member of the Mia Lash and Brow family. Always friendly and excited for treats, Rex enjoys greeting guests and then settling in for a cozy nap under the treatment beds.

    He’s Regina’s faithful travel companion and a true studio favorite spreading smiles, cuddles, and calm energy wherever he goes.
